Online Services & Refund PolicyWe offer online services including flight tickets, hotel bookings, tour packages, and other travel-related solutions. All bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies mentioned below.Cancellation PolicyThe cancellation policy is always mentioned on the service voucher provided at the time of booking.Cancellation rules depend entirely on the airline, hotel, cab service, or other service provider/partner policies.Refund PolicyRefunds are processed only as per the policies of our respective partners and after approval from them.Refund processing may take up to 30 days.Full refunds are not guaranteed and depend on the applicable policy at the time of cancellation.Refunds will be credited through the same source/mode of payment from which the amount was originally deducted.Non-Returnable ItemsThe following items are non-refundable:Gift cardsDownloadable software productsCertain health and personal care itemsTo process a refund, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.Partial RefundsIn certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted as per partner policies.Important Flight Booking TermsEvery booking made on https://pptour.in is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which vary based on flight, fare rules, and booking class.At the time of flight cancellation or rescheduling, the following service fees apply in addition to airline charges:Domestic Flights: Airline fare rule + ₹499 per person, per sectorInternational Flights: Airline fare rule + ₹999 per person, per sectorService fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.Some bookings may be fully non-refundable as per airline policy.Partial cancellations may not be allowed for certain bookings.Cancellations can be made:Online (via login) and Then after send email on zaytextravels@gmail.com or info@pptour.in must at same time, orOffline by emailing zaytextravels@gmail.com and info@pptour.in  (processing may take time).We assist with booking amendments; however, in some cases, customers must contact the airline directly.Amendment charges are subject to airline policies and may vary based on timing and booking class.Cancellation Within 24 Hours of JourneyCustomers are advised to contact the airline directly for immediate cancellation.After airline cancellation, customers must email us at zaytextravels@gmail.com and info@pptour.in to initiate the refund process.No-Show PolicyAfter flight departure or in case of No-Show, no cancellation requests will be entertained.Refunds in No-Show cases depend entirely on the airline.We will refund only the amount received from the airline, if any.Service Fee AgreementBy booking with Parshv Padmawati Holidays, the user agrees to pay the applicable service fees for any cancellation, rescheduling, or change:₹499 per person, per sector for domestic flights₹999 per person, per sector for international flightsAny refund will be processed after deducting the applicable service fee.Hotel Amendment & Cancellation PolicyAll hotel bookings are subject to cancellation charges imposed by the hotel, which vary by hotel and room type.Parshv Padmawati Holidays charges:5% service fee on domestic hotel bookings8% service fee on international hotel bookings(per room, per night)Hotel cancellations must be requested via email at zaytextravels@gmail.com and info@pptour.in .In some cases, customers may need to contact the hotel directly.For cancellations within 24 hours of check-in, customers should contact the hotel first and then submit the request on our website.Refund ProcessingRefunds will be initiated only after receiving a cancellation request via email.Refunds for air tickets and hotel bookings will be credited to the original mode of payment after the refund is received from the airline or hotel.Requests for approved cancellations or changes are processed within 2 working days after all dues are cleared.Refunds are credited within 15 working days, though some banks/cards may take up to 30 additional days to reflect the amount.Other Services (Tours, Cars, Buses, etc.)Cancellation or rescheduling of tour packages, hotels, cars, buses, or any other services booked online or offline will attract an additional service charge of 5% or as specified at the time of booking, whichever is higher.?
